Fire breaks out at Waste Connections Transfer Station in Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A fire broke out at the Waste Connections Transfer Station on Tylertown Road Friday night.

Around 8:30 p.m., Clarksville Fire Rescue was called to the scene, according to Clarksville Now news partner Dash 10 Media. CFR was able to bring the fire under control quickly and had the fire completely out around 10 p.m.

Clarksville Police shut down Tylertown so the hoses could be run across the road to the hydrant. Montgomery County EMS also responded. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire was under investigation…
