NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — On March 13, Mike Capps went out to get his mom Patsy a biscuit at McDonald’s on Hwy 431 in Joelton and never made it home.
88-year-old Patsy Capps-Clark saw the crash happen right in front of her property she’s lived on her entire life.
