County Commission OKs using $350,000 health grant to expand Greenway southeast of Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Montgomery County Commission has approved a plan to expand the Greenway to encourage residents to take advantage of local trails and enhance health.

At Monday’s commission meeting, a resolution was passed approving an agreement between the Aspire Clarksville Foundation and Montgomery County to use a grant award from the Community Health Foundation for the Lock B Greenway Project.

The grant award allows Aspire Clarksville and Montgomery County to use $350,000 towards the execution and paving of the project…
