CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Site plans for NorthPark Logistics Phase 1A were recently submitted to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission, as the applicant looks to begin the development of a complex that will offer businesses more than 2 million square feet of spec warehouse space.
According to previous reports, a deal for the development has been in the works since August 2024, as NorthPark Logistics, proposed by Colliers and Hamilton Development, was previously set to be an 11-building complex with a total of 2.25 million square feet of spec warehouse space.

Hamilton Development is listed as the applicant for NorthPark Logistics Phase 1A, which is set to include the development of four of the 14 buildings:
- Building 1 – 206,752 square feet.
- Building 2 – 132,180 square feet.
- Building 3 – 132,180 square feet.
- Building 4 – 65,124 square feet.
Weatherford told Clarksville Now that construction will begin this summer with expected delivery in second quarter of 2026…
