CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The City of Clarksville Street Department crews will be doing underground utility work along Wilma Rudolph Boulevard beginning Monday, June 7, at 7 a.m., to prepare for the installation of a series of Dynamic Message Signs for motorists.
There are to be eight locations along the thoroughfare for the signs, and the crews will be moving from site-to-site until the work is completed, according to a city news release.
“It’s estimated that each of the eight locations will take an hour to complete and will require road shoulder and/or traffic lane closures,” said the release. “These signs will be installed as part of the City’s Adaptive Signal System along Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, and will display important information such as detours, travel times, and other safety information.”…
