Clarksville Parks and Recreation to host first Fit Fest this month at Liberty Park

CLARKSVILLE, TN − Clarksville Parks & Recreation invites the community to take part in the first-ever Fit Fest, a daylong celebration of movement, mindfulness, and making healthy habits stick. The event will take place on Saturday, June 14, from noon-7 p.m. at Liberty Park, and is presented by Titan T Center.

Created as a way to connect people of all fitness levels with local resources and experiences, Fit Fest blends high-energy activities with expert guidance, family-friendly programming, and plenty of opportunities to discover what wellness looks like for you.

Throughout the day, attendees can explore:

  • A 1-Mile Fun Run around the trails at Liberty Park. Registered participants will receive a commemorative event t-shirt while supplies last.
  • A Health, Nutrition, and Fitness Expo inside the Wilma Rudolph Event Center featuring 40+ local vendors and professionals sharing tools for healthy living.
  • A Ninja Obstacle Course that encourages kids and adults alike to test their strength, balance, and endurance in a fun and approachable setting.
  • A Free Sunset Yoga Session to close out the evening with intentional movement and reflection by the water.
