Day To Remember: American Splendor Docks In Dover

Dover, Tenn.–It was a day to remember on the Fourth of July as the riverboat the American Splendor docked in Dover. The American Cruise Line ship was greeted by members of the American Legion in Dover shooting off cannons and serving hot dogs. Passengers then toured several historic spots, including the Fort Donelson National Cemetery, the Surrender House, and the W. D. Sykes Museum.
