KY man arrested after multi-agency manhunt ends in Ashland City

ASHLAND CITY, Tenn. (WKRN) — An ex-con from Kentucky was taken into custody over the weekend in Ashland City following a three-hour manhunt involving multiple agencies.

Authorities said the incident began at approximately 12 p.m. on Sunday, July 6. That’s when the Ashland City Police Department received a BOLO out of Kentucky, alerting them about a stolen Ford F-350 traveling down Highway 12.

According to Sgt. Alexis Duncan with the ACPD, the truck was equipped with a GPS tracker, which allowed the company from where the truck had been stolen from to send updates to law enforcement on the vehicle’s location.
