The Christian County Grand Jury handed down a series of indictments on Friday, charging several individuals with crimes ranging from wanton endangerment and burglary to robbery.
A true bill was returned on Jordan Houchens, of Hopkinsville, on charges of using restricted ammunition during a felony with a shot fired, receiving a stolen firearm, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree wanton endangerment, and two counts of first-degree criminal mischief.
Houchens is accused of firing a shot into a residence on North Fowler Avenue in April following a dispute with a neighbor. According to Hopkinsville Police, the bullet struck the neighbor’s front door, and the firearm used had previousy been reported as stolen. Police said no injuries were reported in the incident…
