After about a four-hour plea from residents, politicians and business leaders of Montgomery County, the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission unanimously approved two new hospitals for Clarksville.
The approvals for TriStar Healthcare and Ascension Saint Thomas came in a meeting held Wednesday, July 23, in the Cordell Hull State Legislative Building, next door to the State Capitol in downtown Nashville.
