For many Clarksville residents who were hit by April’s heavy rainfall, federal relief could be here soon, as the Aug. 19 Federal Emergency Management Agency application deadline approaches.
In April, Clarksville received continued rain, up to 10 inches over a weekend. The rain led to homes flooding, schools closing and a State of Emergency Being declared by both the County and City governments.
