When you walk into a new food shop and it takes you 20 minutes just to take in all the options, that’s a good thing. New York Butcher Shoppe (I’m sorry…I always want to pronounce that “shop-pea”) has had a presence in Green Hills, 2002 Richard Jones Road, for several years.
Now, there are two more, one in Brentwood, 330 Franklin Road, and another in Clarksville, 2720 Madison St. All are purveyors of extremely high-end meat, poultry and seafood. But what they also have is a vast and interesting selection of prepared dishes to take home and just heat up…
