Teen charged with carjacking woman at gunpoint in Bordeaux

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An 18-year-old faces felony charges after allegedly carjacking a woman outside of a store in the Bordeaux neighborhood of Nashville.

According to police documents, on Aug. 4 around 6 p.m., a woman called authorities to report that she was robbed of her rental car outside of Dollar General in the 3700 block of Clarksville Pike.

The woman said she was putting groceries into her vehicle when she was approached by an armed man — later identified as Peytein Brown — who held her at gunpoint while demanding money and her car keys.

The woman said she handed him $38 in cash and called out for help, at which point the suspect pushed her aside and got into her vehicle…
