Two arrested after pregnant woman’s body found in plastic tote, deputies say

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Two men have been arrested after the body of a pregnant woman was discovered in a plastic tote in Jackson Township, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

James Rothenbush was charged with tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse, drug trafficking, possession, failure to report a death, among other charges, after deputies responded to reports of a dead person just before 8 p.m. along Fort Anthony Road Sunday evening, where they discovered Brittany Fuhr-Storms, 28, dead inside the storage tote, deputies said in a post.

Following an autopsy, it was discovered that Furh-Storms was pregnant at the time of her death…
