Accused in the 2021 shooting deaths of Candace Marcel and Stanley Bussell, Bobby Glen Spikes was back in Christian County Circuit Court Friday afternoon — several motions still pending as his September 15 trial approaches.
Among lingering matters includes some 404 (b) evidence, which according to federal rules allows prior bad acts to be admitted for purposes other than proving a defendant’s character or propensity to commit the charged crime.
