On the wall, next to the door which leads into the Todd County Board of Education offices in Elkton, there is a plaque with the names of those in positions of leadership when the facility was dedicated. One of those names is that of Glenda Bell.
Glenda passed away Friday, August 1, at 83 years of age and Todd County lost a great leader.
Along with her husband, the late Dr. Hank Bell, Glenda was a healer; a nurse by profession having graduated from Vanderbilt University and the University of Florida. She later returned to serve as a nursing instructor at Vanderbilt…
