Summer officially came to an end for Todd Central High School students as they returned to school on Wednesday, August 6th. The day began at 7:00 AM with the annual senior parade, which started at Elkton Baptist Church. Seniors, riding in their decorated cars, traveled around the square waving to parents and community members before heading to the school.
Before classes began, students enjoyed catching up with friends in the parking lot. Once inside, they met their teachers and settled into their new schedules.
Principal Lee Quarles encouraged students to savor this time in their lives, reminding them that moments like this only happen once. He noted that his top priority this year is student safety, along with ensuring everyone has everything they need to be successful…
