A Hopkinsville man was charged Tuesday afternoon with theft and burglary after an investigation into stolen copper tubing.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say an investigation into around 100 pounds of stripped copper tubing that was taken out of a building between June 17th and June 20th led them to 31-year-old Benjamin Brown.
The copper was reportedly sold to City Salvage on June 20th by Brown for $332. Deputies say Brown was arrested on Tuesday at City Salvage and was trying to sell more copper stolen from the same place…
