CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person seen attempting to open vehicle doors at a new apartment complex off Warfield Drive.
Police said a male, wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants, and black shoes, was captured on video surveillance attempting to open vehicle doors.
