CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Austin Peay State University Board of Trustees approved the naming of multiple spaces within the Health Professions Building during a meeting on Thursday, Aug. 21. These approvals come ahead of the building’s ribbon-cutting, scheduled for Sept. 11.
Each naming honors individuals who contributed to healthcare education and practice, while supporting Austin Peay’s mission to prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals.
“The generous gifts behind these named spaces provide resources to create innovative learning environments for our students to develop real-world skills,” said Kris Phillips, vice president of APSU’s Division of Alumni, Engagement and Philanthropy. “These families are creating legacies aligned with Austin Peay’s mission to prepare exceptional healthcare professionals for our region.
