CLARKSVILLE, TN – Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation (CEMC) celebrated the grand opening of its new Clarksville Annex on Aug. 22, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and luncheon attended by employees, community leaders and local officials.
“This new office space represents an investment in our people and in the future of the communities we serve,” said CEMC General Manager Chris Davis. “The growth of Cumberland Connect has created new opportunities for our members and employees, and this facility gives us the tools to continue delivering exceptional service and innovation.”
Located at 1820 Ashland City Road, the annex was designed by Lyle Cook and Martin Architects and built by Providence Builders to support the cooperative’s rapid growth, fueled by Cumberland Connect, which provides high-speed internet to thousands of CEMC members.
