Episcopal music teacher on leave after reported statutory rape indictment from Tennessee

A music teacher at the Episcopal School of Baton Rouge has been put on leave by the administration after a Tennessee grand jury issued an indictment against him on charges of statutory rape.

Jordan Tupper, 42, was indicted on eight counts of statutory rape by an authority figure on Tuesday in Cheatham County, Tennessee, according to WKRN in Nashville.
