CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man with a heart to serve—that’s how Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts described Kenny York.
York died three years ago today, but next week his name will be on display as the City of Clarksville honors him through a memorial street designation.
York owned Manna Cafe Ministries, a food bank that serves thousands of people in Clarksville. When he wasn’t at the ministry, you could frequently find him on the streets, calling people to action to help the unhoused.
