CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A surprise set of strong thunderstorms is rolling across Middle Tennessee today.
At 4:27 p.m., Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles west of Clarksville with possible wind gusts up to 40 mph and half-inch hail. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary, according to the National Weather Service. “Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
