On Tuesday, Sept. 23, the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System’s Board of Education approved a measure to potentially implement middle school wrestling, beginning in the next school year.
Board member Aron Maberry, who has been calling for the measure for several years, made the motion Tuesday to have the district include middle school wrestling for consideration in the 2026-2027 budget.
At this point, no money has been obligated from next year’s budget for the program…
