Kentucky Mom Arrested After Apartment Found Covered in Feces, Children at Risk

Oak Grove, KY – A Kentucky woman was arrested after authorities discovered her apartment in a filthy, hazardous condition, with feces smeared on walls and beds, leaving no clean surfaces for her children to play or sleep.

Arrest and Charges

Jessica Reeve, 36, faces three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, according to Christian County Jail records. The charges followed a complaint filed with the Department of Community-Based Services, a division of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.

“Throughout the whole apartment, there were no clean surfaces for children to play, sit or sleep,” police noted in the criminal complaint.

Reeve reportedly lives in the Meadow Lane apartment in Oak Grove, which is part of the Clarksville, Tennessee, metro area, with her six-year-old son and two ten-year-old sons.
