ELKTON, Ky. – A Tennessee man is apprehended following a pursuit through Todd County on Sunday.
According to a uniform citation, the Todd County Sheriff’s Office observed a vehicle traveling just before 2 a.m. Sunday with one headlight on Guthrie Road at Frogue Road.
