I-40 rest area closed after restroom fire causes ‘extensive damage,’ TDOT says

DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WSMV) – A rest area on Interstate 40 has been closed after a fire, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

TDOT said the westbound rest area on I-40 at mile marker 170 in Dickson County has been closed.
