CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A power outage is affecting over 500 residences in downtown Clarksville and some traffic signals.
CDE Lightband reported about 540 customers were affected as of 4:30 p.m. “We have successfully restored service to a large number of customers – down from the initial 1,700-plus.
