Bond modification denied for Oak Grove murder suspect

After having a new trial date set last week, murder suspect Oziya Narcisse was back in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday morning to argue for a bond modification.

He appeared alongside defense attorney Olivia Adams and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Mark Gilbert in front of Judge John Atkins, and Adams argued for a bond reduction. She says this began when he was under the age of 18, and he will have been incarcerated for nearly two years by the time of trial in April, with delays to trial being no fault of his.
