WHITE BLUFF, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Dickson County middle school was placed on a brief lockdown on Friday for reports of an armed man near the school, according to Dickson County Sheriff Tim Eads.

Eads said William James Middle School was placed on a brief lockdown Friday afternoon for reports of a man with a sword.
