In Todd County, Patrick Turner has officially announced that he’ll be running for Todd County Sheriff, and filed his paperwork last week to back it up.
In a news release, Turner says he pledges to bring professionalism, accountability and integrity to the Todd County Sheriff’s Department, citing 15 years of law enforcement service and having served as a United States marine as experience in leadership.
He says he’s looking to strengthen the relationship between the Sheriff’s Office and the community, using transparency, respect and trust. Turner is an active member of New Hope Baptist Church in Clifty. Turner is also a farmer and member of the Todd County Cattlemen’s Association.
