The Cheatham County Sports Hall of Fame added another distinguished class Saturday, Nov. 1, honoring athletes, coaches, teams and contributors whose legacies have shaped the county’s proud athletic tradition.
After a brief social hour, CCSHOF Chairman Tim Ray welcomed the crowd at Ashland City’s Gateway Church and then turned the microphone over to longtime WSMV-TV sports director Rudy Kalis, who served as the event’s master of ceremonies.
From state champions and college standouts to lifelong mentors and community builders, the 2025 induction ceremony celebrated more than a century of local sports excellence.
