The annual Veterans Day celebration in Clarksville, one of the most patriotic cities in America, is always a grand occasion, as thousands come out to participate, or just watch, a number of events that pay tribute to America’s Veterans.
For many, the Saturday before Veterans Day begins with the annual Chamber of Commerce Veterans Day Breakfast at APSU’s Morgan University Center Ballroom. One of the time-honored traditions at the Chamber Breakfast is the reading of the winning entry in the annual Kiwanis “Interview a Veteran Essay Contest.”
