A third person has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that happened on Stateline Road in Clarksville Sunday evening.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, following further investigation, officers have taken 18-year-old Sean Young into custody and charged with criminal homicide in the death of the 19-year-old victim.
