CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — As Clarksville continues work on the Spring Creek Parkway project that aims to reduce traffic congestion in the city, one aspect will honor the nation’s first all-Black paratroop unit.
According to city officials, significant progress continues on the parkway project.
