CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle over the weekend has died, according to the Clarksville Police Department.
The crash was reported Saturday at approximately 8:40 p.m. near Riverside Drive and North 2nd Street. The southbound lanes of North 2nd Street were shut down for the duration of the investigation.
Clarksville EMS transported the pedestrian to the hospital in unknown condition. Monday, officials announced he had died. CPD is working to notify his family before his identity will be released.
