An investigation is underway in Clarksville after a man was found deceased alongside Providence Boulevard early Saturday morning.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, officers were patrolling in the area of Providence Boulevard when they were flagged down by a woman at around midnight, who told officers she had been walking and discovered a male lying unresponsive in a ditch near Walker Street.
