Clarksville boutique damaged in hit-and-run just days before holiday rush

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A hit-and-run driver crashed into a Clarksville family business Saturday night.

The owner of The Christie Boutique, located along Fort Campbell Boulevard, had been preparing for their busiest time of the year when she received a call stating that someone had driven right into the store and then ran.

Heather Christie, the owner, said this could not have happened at a worse time of the year. The boutique is more than just fashion for Christie and her mom— it has been a lifelong dream.

“I’m a teacher at Fort Campbell, and my mom’s retired,” she said. “And so this is our baby.”…
