Man And Woman Charged With Drug Trafficking In Hopkinsville

A traffic stop for a turn signal violation led to drug charges for a Morgantown woman and a Bowling Green man on Wednesday night.

Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 43-year-old Jennifer Johnson for a turn signal violation and found she didn’t have her license on her, along with no proof of insurance.

After a law enforcement K9 reportedly alerted on the vehicle, meth and a glass smoking device were located. Police say her passenger, 52-year-old Granville Cornett, was also found to have a marijuana vape on him…
