On Nov. 19, members of the local community were gathered for a special ceremony recognizing the completion of a brand-new home built by the Gary Sinise Foundation for retired US Army Sergeant First Class Joe Bowser.
The new home marks a milestone for the foundation, which officially moved its headquarters to Tennessee three years ago, as the 100th home built for former service members.
