CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities have arrested a man who barricaded himself in a Clarksville apartment Wednesday afternoon.
The Clarksville Police Department announced just before 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3, that officers were trying to negotiate with a barricaded individual in the 300 block of South Lancaster Road.
According to officials, someone called 911 shortly after 12:30 p.m. to report shots fired after “a projectile entered a downstairs apartment from the unit above,” but nobody was hit.
