MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WEVV) — A Hopkinsville man faces several charges following a dramatic incident on Interstate 69 in Madisonville.
Madisonville Police said 24-year-old Shaphane Stowe was arrested on before Noon on December 4 after a traffic stop escalated into a pursuit.
