Hopkinsville Police arrested 42-year-old Bobbie Dupin of Hopkinsville after he reportedly hit a victim on the head with a slapjack on Sunday.
Officer responded to an area on Kentucky Avenue for a report concerning a man who was hit on the head and bleeding. At the scene, the victim had a large knot on his head as well as a gash.
