Tennessee sheriff’s daughter sentenced to 20 years in prison

DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A former Montgomery County daycare worker was sentenced to serve two decades behind bars without the possibility of parole on Thursday.

A jury found Sarah Fuson guilty of child abuse after she injured a 13-month-old in her care.

Sarah is the daughter of Montgomery County Sheriff John Fuson. News 2’s Nikki McGee has been following the case since the beginning and was in court for the sentencing.
