Clarksville, TN – Drivers in Montgomery County are experiencing delays this morning as deputies report two separate incidents along Highway 12 impacting the morning commute.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Hwy 12 at Billy Reinhardt Road is reduced to one lane after a stalled semi-tractor trailer became disabled in the roadway.
