Walt Higdon, a 1996 graduate of Todd County Central High School and longtime supporter of Todd County Athletics, has been tapped by the City of Elkton to be the grand marshal of its Saturday night Christmas parade.
City Clerk Kayce Bright said Higdon “has been a steadfast supporter of Todd County Central High School for many years, giving his time, energy, and heart to the students, athletes, and community.”
The parade will kick off Saturday at 4:30 PM from Todd County Central High School, travel South Main Street to the Elkton Square, and make its way back to the school…
