According to Town of Dover Fire Captain and Police Officer Jonathan Crockarell, at approximately 9am, December 8, a black Nissan Armada turned off Spring Street onto Hwy. 79 heading east. The driver immediately left the roadway and drove through the Town of Dover’s Christmas decorations in front of K&S Cafe.
