Man Charged With Fleeing From Law Enforcement

A Clarksville man was arrested on a warrant for fleeing from law enforcement on December 23rd.

Kentucky State Police say on March 9th, they attempted to stop two motorcycles, one driven by 65-year-old James Farley on Fort Campbell Boulevard for speeding, and they made a U-turn and fled southbound into Tennessee.

Clarksville Police Department was able to identify Farley, who was on one of the motorcycle’s and a warrant was served by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office on December 23rd, charging him with speeding, improper passing, disregarding a traffic control device, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, no motorcycle operator’s license, and driving on a DUI-suspended license…
