ROBERTSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WSMV) – Savanna Puckett’s mom Kim Dodson says her daughter always had a servant’s heart.
“It started in elementary school, ‘Mom, they’re picking on him’ or ‘They’re picking on her,’” Dodson said.
That’s why Savanna became a Robertson County Sheriff’s deputy and was soon known as a “mother hen” among the other deputies at just 22. It’s also why Dodson says she’s sure that if her daughter had known the man she was seeing was a convicted domestic abuser, she would have run the other way…
